Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Lincoln

Business Area: Kier Utilities- Anglian Water

Contract: Permanent- Full Time

We are now recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Kier Utilities team in Lincoln, working on our alliance with Anglian Water, to be responsible for managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work within the project teams liaising with the Partner Commercial Lead, Project Engineers, Procurement Coordinators, Planners, Site Team Leaders and Site Managers
  • Provide commercial management for an allocated programme area of an embedded alliance contract
  • Work as part of the Commercial Team overseen by the Commercial Manger assisting with the control of costs, maximising values, minimising future liabilities and maintaining the required standard of quality and safety.
What do we need from you?

  • Hold excellent commercial awareness and good understanding of Alliance Contract Delivery
  • Experience within a similar role & NEC3 frameworks
  • An understanding of budgeting, cost control, risk mitigation, business targets and reporting requirements
