Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Glasgow, Scotland

Business Area: Kier Construction - Build Northern & Scotland

Contract: Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday, 42.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor within our Glasgow team you will manage the commercial resources of the assigned project to maximise cashflow and margin. You will also support the Project team with Commercial and Contractual expertise. Assess, review and mitigate Commercial and Contractual risks and implement Kier Groups policies for risk management. Preparation and presentation of monthly Cost Reports. Value works executed by Sub-Contractors and certify interim and final payments.

Working on education, commercial, leisure, healthcare, MOD and mixed-use projects valued up to £60m, we are looking for like for like industry experience. You will be degree qualified and able to demonstrate strong communication and organisational abilities.
