Senior Quantity Surveyor - new opportunity with a leading multinational Property Consultancy.
We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant to join this exciting business's Cost Consultancy team, which sits within their Building Consultancy division. Whilst the region covered extends down as far as the south coast we anticipate this role to be primarily based in Birmingham with some travel as appropriate but not extensive.
The cost consultancy team are particularly busy in sectors such as industrial and commercial but also have worked on residential / PRS and retail and leisure projects including both refurbishment and new build projects. They work closely alongside the Project Management team on many projects and have recently recruited a Director to develop this new offer further, with many new wins already in place.
We are looking for an experienced, ideally chartered Senior Quantity Surveyor with a previous background in PQS / Consultancy. They have a busy workload moving forwards and can offer the opportunity to work alongside other highly experienced consultants. As the team continues to grow there are considerable career development opportunities. This really is an outstanding opportunity to be instrumental in the future development of the cost consultancy service line whilst being able to maintain a good work life balance.
