Location: Sheffield- remote working available along with regular travel to office/ sites
Contract: Permanent, full time- flexible and part-time hours may available if desired, just let us know.
Responsibilities
Kier Utilities brings the built environment to life, keeping people and businesses connected.
In this role, you will be working on our contract with Yorkshire Water and will be responsible for managing the commercial resources (people and finance) of assigned projects to maximise planned gross margin through the placement and control of contracts and subcontracts.
Your day to day will include:
- Assess, review and mitigate commercial and contractual risks and implement Kier Group's policies for risk management
- Complete and support the authorisation and submission of project variations
- Maximise cash flow through the control, measurement (including quality) and valuation of work, and the invoicing of customers and payment of suppliers
This role of Senior Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:
- You hold the relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying
- Experience of working on NEC frameworks
- A Full Driving Licence
