We have an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with Civil Engineering experience. This is a rare opportunity for you to work client-side in the inhouse development team of a leading national hospitality organisation.

In a hybrid role based between home and on site in Rotherham, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will work with the internal building development team of a leading hospitality business to plan, manage and deliver exciting new hospitality projects in the South Yorkshire area. As Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for negotiating, setting up and managing main contract and subcontract packages for major construction projects. You won't be doing this alone, you will be supported by your manager and the wider development team to effectively manage all commercial elements of exciting green field construction projects, ensuring that all commercials for groundwork and infrastructure works are effectively organised and managed.

As the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor you will have proven experience as Quantity Surveyor in either utilities, infrastructure or groundworks with a committed and positive attitude towards your role and your team. You will be adaptable and able to think on your feet. You will have a stable and committed career history and be able to commit to the next 4-6 years helping to coordinate and deliver these complex and exciting regional schemes.

There is a highly competitive salary of £55- 70,000 (dependent on your level of experience) and benefits package (including a Tesla EV Car option). You will have long term career security and prospects as our client continue to grow.
