Responsibilities??
As a Senior?Quantity Surveyor,?you will be working within the?Construction team, supporting them in managing?the commercial resources of projects?to maximise cashflow and margin.
Your day to day will include:
- Assessing, reviewing and mitigating?commercial and contractual risks while implementing Kier Groups policies for risk management
- Production of commercial reports together with review of results and consideration of trends with other contract team members
- Managing sub-contractors including sending out enquiries, collating prices, comparing with tender, negotiation, order placement, agreement of account and payment
Working on Healthcare or Science projects valued up to £30m, we are looking for like for like industry experience.
This role of Senior Quantity Surveyor?is great for you if:
- You?have proven experience in managing the commercials over the full project lifecycle
- You are experienced in both JCT & NEC forms of contract
- You have a?degree, or equivalent experience, with?proven experience in a similar role.
