We're lookin for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Regional Civils team based from Exeter, Devon. Within this role you can enjoy 26 days annual leave, sharesave scheme, family friendly policies and even more.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you'll be working within the Regional Civils team supporting them in working on high profile projects, which will be under NEC form of contract under an existing Framework for a key clients.

Your day to day will include:

  • You'll manage the commercial resources of the assigned project and provide commercial expertise to contracts including valuation submissions, budgets and workstream performance data.
  • You'll also assess and mitigate against the commercial and contractual risks and implement our Kier Group policies for risk management.
  • You'll be tasked with maximising cash flow through the relevant controls and valuation of work.

Who are we looking for?

This role of Senior Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:

  • You'll hold the relevant qualifications and have NEC3 or NEC4 framework experience, with experience from a similar role from a civil engineering background.
  • You'll be proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • You'll be able to demonstrate strong communication and organisational abilities.
