We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Construction team based in Oxford. Within this role, you can enjoy company car/car allowance, pension matched up to 7.5%, 26 days holidays + bank holidays and even more.

Contract: Permanent - flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know.



Responsibilities

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be leading the project team in all commercial matters. You'll take responsibility for procurement, commercial management and final accounts on a new mixed use development.



Who are we looking for?

Working on education, commercial, leisure, healthcare, MOD and mixed-use projects valued up to £60m, we are looking for like for like industry experience. With a busy pipeline of work, we are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with, who can join the team and hit the ground running. Applicants will have:

  • Previous experience on large commercial or residential developments
  • HNC or above in Quantity Surveying or a similar discipline
  • Strong commercial acumen
