Responsibilities
As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be leading the project team in all commercial matters. You'll take responsibility for procurement, commercial management and final accounts on a new mixed use development.
Who are we looking for?
Working on education, commercial, leisure, healthcare, MOD and mixed-use projects valued up to £60m, we are looking for like for like industry experience. With a busy pipeline of work, we are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with, who can join the team and hit the ground running. Applicants will have:
- Previous experience on large commercial or residential developments
- HNC or above in Quantity Surveying or a similar discipline
- Strong commercial acumen
