Responsibilities??
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor,?you will be working within the?Construction team, to manage and mitigate cost and risk of projects, to enhance value for money, while still achieving the required legal standards and quality under the specific agreed contract conditions.
Your day to day will include:
Working on projects ranging from £30m to £100m, we are looking for like for like industry experience.
This role of Quantity Surveyor?is great for you if you have:
· Experience working on large 2 stage bids
· Expert Knowledge of NEC and JCT conditions
· Prior experience in acting as commercial lead on high value construction projects
· Strong knowledge of procurement and sub contractor management
