Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
In this role, you will be actively involved in both pre and post-contract activities while managing multiple projects simultaneously. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will also oversee and mentor other Quantity Surveyors within a team of 14 professionals.
You will be responsible for:

Pre and post-contract management
Overseeing project budgets and costs
Preparing tender documents
Managing and mentoring junior quantity surveyors
Client liaison and relationship management
Risk assessment and mitigation
The Senior Quantity Surveyor requirements

BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
Preferably MRICS chartered status
Experience in residential and/or hotel sectors
Proven experience within the built environment
Background in a private practice / consultancy
Strong pre and post-contract knowledge
