They're on the lookout for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who doesn't just crunch numbers but brings fresh thinking, commercial sharpness, and the ability to build trusted relationships.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading cost management on exciting projects from day one.
  • Providing strategic advice at every stage - from feasibility through to final account.
  • Driving value engineering and procurement strategies.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, building long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members.

What we're looking for:

  • Chartered or nearly Chartered (MRICS preferred).
  • Proven track record across consultancy projects (commercial, residential, or mixed-use).
  • Sharp commercial instincts and the ability to see the bigger picture.
  • Strong communication skills - confident in front of clients and happy rolling up your sleeves with the team.
  • Based in the South West (or willing to relocate).
