Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking to slow down a little?
I have a quite a different but exciting opportunity with a growing multi-disciplinary consultancy who are looking to add an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to their team. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be based in Central London, near Tower Hill.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be offered Hybrid working.
The Company
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a forward-thinking consultancy who are looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their team, as they have a strong pipeline of work for the next year. You would be joining a team of over 100 professionals but you in London there are 20 QS' and PM's.
The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
- Ideally experience working on Retail projects
- MRICS or currently working towards
- Experience within a private practice / consultancy
In return
- £70,000 - £80,000 (will be prorated)
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown
