Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for that next challenge?
My client, a main contractor, is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with build experience to join their established team working in London, the Home Counties and Essex.
The correct application will have the following knowledge;
- 10 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor with experience in managing 2 - 3 surveyors at a time
- Should have experience in Industrial, Commercial and Educational builds
- Contract Knowledge mainly JCT, with experience in NEC forms
- Preferable to come form a building background and have worked for a Main Contractor
- BSc Hons in Quantity Surveying and CSCS Supervisor
The opportunity will include;
- Responsibility for Projects £15 to £30m upwards with direct contact to the Managing Surveyor
- Fast track experience of projects around 6-8 months
- Spend 2 months shadowing on projects to understand the companies
- Monthly CVR's reported and presented to Commercial Manager and Operations Director
- All procurement and materials management on site by surveyor
- Competitive salary and package
