The role:

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor for the JV, you will be working on improvement schemes on the core Transport for London network in London, with a focus on footways and junction improvements and also involved with carriageways, lighting schemes, traffic signals, and various other related activities. This includes scheme management from preliminary design schemes, to build phase, snagging and client delivery. Direct responsibilities include collaborating with subcontractors, order issuance, assessment of applications, change management, client communications, monthly reporting and contract management to ensure delivery targets are achieved.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years Quantity Surveying experience
  • Ability to lead a team of junior members
  • Can work from Head Office in Central London and also happy to travel to various London Borough sites as and when needed
  • Experienced in Highways Maintenance projects

Remuneration:

  • £45,000 to £55,000 per year dependant on experience
  • Yearly Travel Card or Company Car or Car Allowance
  • Pension Scheme
