My client are one of the leading Groundwork and Civil's Contractors in the UK. They require a Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS) with experience on Build and Construction Projects on Pre-Contract and hands on Project Work, to final handover. Ideally within the Residential Sector, but any Build/Construction experience would be considered. The Senior Quantity Surveyor would be based in my clients office in Milton Keynes. The Senior Quantity Surveyor would report directly to the Commercial Manager.
