Kier Utilities new joint venture with Kier Infrastructure have been successful in winning a new Capital Works Frameworks with Thames Water.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead our team on these Multi-disciplined, Design & Build Frameworks cover projects on Infrastructure (below ground assets) and Non-Infrastructure (above ground assets), for construction and refurbishment of operational treatment, collection or distribution facilities.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor on this contract, you will ensure cash flow is maximised, including ensuring payments are received on time and to provide commercial input including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team which in turn make sure that the business' targets and KPI's are exceeded.

In this fast paced, forward-thinking role you will have direct reports and need to integrate new team members where appropriate.

To be successful in this role you'll ideally have excellent communication, organisation and time management skills. It is essential that you have a UK Driving License and you are educated to a degree level or equivalent experience in this type of position. Flexibility is also key for this role.
