My client, a London-based leading construction consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a major infrastructure project in Sweden.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services for a large-scale infrastructure project.
  • Administer and manage contracts under FIDIC and NEC forms.
  • Support cost planning, procurement, contract administration, and change management.
  • Collaborate with international stakeholders, contractors, and client representatives.
  • Ensure the highest standards of commercial control and project delivery.

Requirements

  • MRICS qualification is essential.
  • Proven experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of FIDIC and/or NEC contract forms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to relocate to Sweden for the duration of the project.
