Senior Sales / Bid Manager - Offsite Housing
Basic to £70,000 + Bonus + Generous Car Allowance, Pension, Health and other Benefits
UK role but ideal locations: Manchester, Leeds, Hull, Sheffield, Doncaster, Scunthorpe

: Achieve sales and profitability budgets with large high value capital housing projects (500 to 1000 units+)
: Drive and manage the Bid process

You will be dealing with large Housing Scheme Developers, Architects / Design Practises / Housing Associations and Local Authorities on a National basis. The role will be differentiating your offering and the ability to supply volume Offsite solutions from their cutting edge technology manufacturing facility located in the UK. Working closely with a Project Delivery Manager you will be capable of capitalising on an existing pipeline of large Housing build enquiries. Qualifying these at Board / very senior levels will be a vital ingredient within the role.

Probably qualified to Degree or equivalent you will have a background in sales at a senior level coupled with a track record of securing and delivering large residential projects particularly in the Social and Private Rental sectors. This experience within sales could have been gained working for an Offsite Manufacturing business or possibly a Main Contractor / Property Development company.

In return a basic salary designed to attract the best which will be negotiable around £70,000 per annum + Bonus + a 10% of basic salary Car Allowance, Contributory Pension Scheme (5% from company) plus Private Medical Scheme.
