SENIOR SALES & LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR - HACKNEY

Dove and Hawk are working in partnership with a digital property consultancy specialising in residential Sales, Lettings and Property Management. They are searching for a Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their team. This role will suit a highly driven London sales agent who has 2 + years' experience in lettings and is looking to develop their skills in sales within a vibrant successful office.

Duties/functions of the role:

  • Professionally registering applicants as well as answering online enquiries
  • Arranging, attending viewings for prospective tenants and buyers
  • Providing detailed viewing feedback to landlords and vendors to successfully garner offers
  • Qualifying offers with the purpose of getting the best deal for all parties involved
  • Building strong relationships with landlords, vendors, prospective and existing tenants and buyers and colleagues
  • Completing the appropriate paperwork to create a smooth lettings and sales process
  • Managing the lettings and sales process from offer to move in


Requirements of the role:

  • 2+ years' experience working in North or Central London
  • Valuation experience would be advantageous
  • Vendor care experience
  • A proven track record and a background of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Must be well spoken and well presented
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong IT skills
  • Driving licence


Salary budgets: £20,000 basic salary + guarantee for first 3 months, OTE £60,000, company car or car allowance

Required working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm, Saturdays are appointment only
