Dove & Hawk are now working with a well-established estate agent specializing in the dynamic property markets of Surrey Quays, Canada Water, Southwark, Lewisham, Rotherhithe, Deptford, New Cross, and Bermondsey. We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Negotiator to join our close-knit, hardworking team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in securing property sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the team's ongoing success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property viewings and valuations.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth transactions.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
  • Manage property listings, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Stay informed on local market trends and property pricing.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and foster team success.
  • Effectively utilize computer systems and software for property management and client communication.


Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in estate agency sales (valuation experience preferred).
  • Driving: Full UK driving license and own vehicle required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude.
    • Ability to work independently and within a team.
    • Organised and detail-oriented.


What They Offer

  • Basic Salary: £25,000
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): £55,000 - £60,000
  • Car Allowance: £4,800 per annum
  • 20 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day per year (up to 10 additional days), plus 8 bank holidays.
  • Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, regeneration-focused market with properties ranging from £250K to £1.4M.

  • Geographical Coverage: Surrey Quays, Canada Water, Southwark, Lewisham, Rotherhithe, Deptford, New Cross, Bermondsey.
  • Property Price Range: £250K - £1.4M, with new regeneration developments offering 1-bed properties up to £750K.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (5-day workweek, including Saturdays)
