Kier Construction are looking for a Senior Site Manager to support projects based out of the Bristol area. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects from Education to commercial, healthcare, leisure, public sector and more!
Key Responsibilities
As a Site Manager?with our Bristol team, reporting into the project manager, you will be working on a variety of projects in the surrounding areas. You will need to manage the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client. You will manage staff and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities, demonstrate good financial knowledge and ensure site records are maintained.
What do we need from you?
With a busy pipeline of work, we are looking for a Site Manager with experience on building projects ranging in value from £2m to £40m, who can join the team and hit the ground running. You will need to hold a valid SMSTS as well as proven experience within our chosen markets (Education, Health, High-Rise Residential, Commercial). Applicants must have experience of working on projects in the healthcare sector.
