Contract: Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
As Senior Site Manager, you'll be working within the Kier Construction, supporting them in Education sector projects.
Your day to day will include:
- We will be asking you to write, manage and update programmes; assist in the provision of a safe, efficient, and cost-effective service stream on all areas of service delivery.
- Develop site specific plans with Senior Management and continually reviewing, implementing, monitoring, and enforcing procedures; review method statements and risk assessments to ensure compliance with Kier procedures.
- Arrange and chair pre-start meetings with sub-contractors and attend hand-over meeting with pre-construction team; and discharge Health and Safety responsibilities in accordance with Kier Group Safety, Health and Environment Management System requirements.
This role of Senior Site Manager is great for you if:
- Ideally you will have experience from a similar role within the construction industry.
- You'll be proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- You will be degree qualified and able to demonstrate strong communication and organisational abilities.
