The Role


As the Senior Site Manger/Site Manager you will be responsible for :

  • Providing clear direction to the site construction team regarding responsibilities and targets.
  • Managing the day to day operation from foundation to completion ,and the critical paths for labour, materials and plant.
  • Driving through quality at every stage of the construction process.
  • Ensure the development pass all internal and external inspection processes.
  • Ensure all Health & Safety are adhered to.
  • Take responsibility for self development and the development of others.
  • Ensure customer service remains of the highest priority at all times.


The Person


To be successful in this role you must:

  • Be up-to date with all Health & Safety regulations
  • Current CSCS card
  • SMSTS Cert
  • Have job longevity and loyalty
  • Have a proven track record in Site Management
