Progressive and dynamic structural engineering practice are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join their team. Ideally you will be Chartered MICE or MIStructE. You could choose to be office based or work from home (minimum one day per week in the office).
Projects are often larger buildings schemes for big name clients, usually ranging from £10m-£100m in build value, involving new build and refurbishment works.

This is an exciting well established small business, currently with 10 staff. The practice was originally set up by two of the industry's most reputable Chartered Engineers, when they branched away from one of the large blue chips to establish their own consultancy. This post is for a key person who will be an integral part of the team and this is an excellent career opportunity with great promotional and future prospects.
Both Directors are Chartered, with experience of working on some of London's most high profile buildings. They are both experienced mentors, have excellent client contacts and are working on several major projects for top client names.. You will therefore have the opportunity to work on large schemes with some of the best industry names, yet without the big firm politics.
Projects include high rise work. You will gain exposure to a wide spectrum of work and be involved in all project stages from conception to completion. The practice has all the latest structural software technology in place and is fully BIM conversant.
You must have several years of experience within a structural consultancy, be of a social disposition, technically strong, passionate about buildings design and creative, yet cost effective solutions. You should have large high rise project experience and have good rc design skills. You will ideally be proficient with CSI Safe and Tekla software. Some post tension experience would be useful, but not essential.
