Structural practice based near Swanley in Kent are on the lookout for a dedicated Senior Structural Revit Technician to join the team. The role would suit a candidate with several years of experience in the building structures arena.

Key Responsibilities:
- Producing precise and well-coordinated structural Revit models and drawings
- Collaborate closely with consultants and contractors to ensure seamless model integration and clash detection
- Generate detailed plans, sections, schedules, and construction documentation from Revit models
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure drawings meet internal and industry standards
- Contribute to Revit families, templates, and uphold BIM protocols
- Play an active role in refining BIM workflows and promoting best practices across the team
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a structural Revit technician role
- Excellent proficiency in Autodesk Revit with strong knowledge of structural detailing and coordination
- Familiarity with UK building regulations, detailing conventions, and BIM standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
