Job overview;
As the Senior sustainability consultant, you will have an understanding energy in buildings to accelerate the Net Carbon side of the business. You will be responsible for:
- Providing advice on the key measures to upgrade the building services
- Understanding of executing energy audits across a large portfolio of clients, including a mix of commercial and residential buildings
- Formulate Net Zero Strategies for properties and set net zero transition plans
- Provide recommendations on performance improvements and energy effiency
- Contribute to the delivery of energy reductions in buildings
- Knowledge of Carbon Baselining and Setting Targets
About you;
Ideally, you will have energy management experience and/or experience of developing energy reduction strategies. We are looking for candidates with the following skills;
- Exposure to energy reduction and management strategies
- Familiar with building fabric, HVAC and energy systems
- Understanding of building energy consumption, profiles and opportunities for savings
- Keen interest in sustainability and mitigating the impacts of climate change
- Familiar with the cost of implementing various upgrade measures
