My client is a top UK Construction group, looking for a London based Senior Sustainability Manager to lead the London business unit on multiple large and exciting projects. The salary offering is £70K - £77K depending on the candidate, alongside a 10% car allowance.
Role responsibilities:
- Leading on sustainability performance reporting, improvement and verification.
- Leading on carbon emissions reduction and the wider resource efficiency agenda.
- Assisting in the development of new strategy, policy and targets.
- Supporting the business in the implementation and delivery of the Group Sustainability strategy, its ambitions and targets.
- Supporting sustainability input to business development & bids.
- Carrying out research and development, identifying opportunities, encouraging innovation and improvements in transferability to increase efficiency and work-winning.
About You:
- 5+ years experience with BREEAM and embodied carbon .
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in environment and sustainability in construction and preconstruction .
- Experience leading project meetings on sustainability delivery.
- Analytical and rigorous approach to Sustainability data.
