£70,000 - £85,000 per annum plus benefits
We currently have a requirement for a Senior Tender Planner to join a tier one main contracting organisation in North London/Hertfordshire. Our client is a well known name, having worked on some of London's landmark building schemes in the last five years and a previous award winner in multiple national awards for employee engagement.
Due to continued growth, they currently have a requirement for a Senior Tender Planner to join their pre-construction team, working on a selection of construction-related schemes across London and the South East, typically worth anything from £8m to £75m each, with the odd occasional £100m+ scheme thrown in for good measure. Projects tend to include commercial, retail, residential (predominantly mixed use) and a small amount of public sector work but is always varied. Working closely with the Bid Director, you will become a key part in our client's relatively successful preconstruction team.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have the following experience:
- Significant construction planning experience, ideally within London.
- Previous experience in a tender role (within construction).
- Capable of working under minimal supervision.
- Proficient with Asta Powerproject software.
- Eligible to work in the UK.
In return, our client is offering a basic salary of up to £85,000 per annum plus an excellent package comprising car/allowance, pension, health, bonus and various other flexi benefits.
