Due to continued expansion, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Terminal Planner / Senior Aviation Planner / Project Manager to join their New York office.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to terminal planning projects, covering all areas from landside to airside, with a focus on practical, phased implementation
  • Stay current with aviation regulations and industry trends to inform design decisions and planning strategies
  • Develop early-stage concepts, layouts, and technical reports for airport master plans, feasibility studies, and planning documents
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes on time and within scope
  • Coordinate internal teams and external consultants, assigning tasks and integrating contributions across disciplines
  • Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to clients and stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making
  • Build strong working relationships across diverse geographical and cultural environments, adapting to local needs
  • Take on increasing responsibility across terminal systems, design integration, and construction knowledge as your role grows.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Degree qualified in architecture, aviation planning, engineering, or similar
  • 10+ years of industry experience
  • AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and Ms Office proficiency
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation
  • Project and team management experience
  • Registered Architect is desirable but not essential.
