Senior Town Planner Job in Cheltenham
I currently have a Senior Town Planner job available with my client who are a growing town planning consultancy in Cheltenham. Due large contracts and frameworks won, they are now looking for Senior Planners to join the team.
As the successful Town Planner you'll be join a growing planning consultancy with opportunities for career progression. This is an exciting time to join this business due to the large contracts and framework recently won. You'll be working closely with the with all members of the team including assistant junior staff and offering advice where required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit planning applications, appeals and pre-application enquires
- Attend site visits
- Write reports to a high standard
- Research and report on findings to provide planning appraisals of potential sites
- Maintain and develop client relationships
- Keep up to date on legislation and planning laws.
Required Skills & Experience
- A relevant degree, ideally Town Planning
- Previous working experience in Town Planning
- Experience working in the private sector.
