Senior Town Planner/Principal Planner Job in Crawley
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Town Planner/Principal Planner to join a small planning practice with big growth plans.
This Crawley based planning practice are looking to grow their team with this requirement for a Senior Town Planner or Principal Planner. As the successful Planner, you'll be working on various residential planning applications across the South East, as well as supporting the Director and mentoring the junior members of the team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Preparation of planning appraisals and reports
- Promoting planning applications and securing permissions
- Preparation of planning appeals
- Preparing reports and statements
- Liaising with clients and local authorities
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years+ experience
- Ideally Relevant Degree
- Ideally MRTPI
- Public or Private sector experience
- Full driving licence and car
What you get back
- Salary of £35,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
