We're looking for a Senior Valuer to join our Estates Team based in Lincoln. Within this role, you can enjoy flexible working, great benefits, exposure to a number of exciting projects and even more.



Location: Lincoln - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.

Contract: Permanent- flexible and part-time hours available if desired, just let us know.



Responsibilities

As a Senior Valuer, you'll be working within the Design & Business Services, Estates Team, supporting them in achieving their goals.


Your day to day will include:



  • Delivering high quality multi-disciplinary estates services in challenging environments, providing successful project and service delivery
  • Maximising use and development of property data systems to support business needs
  • Support the Estates Team Leader to reinforce team management principals at all levels
  • Developing relationships with clients and the wider stakeholder group to maximise potential opportunities


    • What are we looking for?

    This role of Senior Valuer is great for you if:



  • You have demonstrable experience of general practice surveying work, including working with public sector clients, which includes valuations, landlord & tenant, disposals and acquisitions and rating advice
  • You are a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with Chartered status
  • You have experience of Compulsory Purchase and Compensation
  • You are Commercially aware, with evidence of delivering profitable, cost effective and efficient services that meets client's needs while also protecting the needs of the business
  • You have excellent customer relationship management
