What does the role entail?
As a senior vehicle technician / mechanic you will be responsible for fitting, repairing, installing and integrating a wide range of enhanced automotive systems. You will be responsible for fulfilling customers mechanical needs. You will offer technical service, advice, and maintenance to a wide range of our dealership's vehicles. Other main duties will include the general maintenance of automotive systems on a day-to-day basis being able to swiftly identify any faults or issues and swiftly rectifying these. Other duties may include regular training to keep up with the varying demands on the business. Keeping up to date with all health and safety regulations is integral to this role. No two days will be the same within this role, it is an exciting opportunity and will be a permanent role for the right candidate.
What skills will you have?
To be considered for this senior Vehicle Technician / Mechanic role you will need a full UK driving licence, senior experience within this industry, and a qualification in MOT testing and main dealership experience. An NVQ or City and Guilds level 3 qualification or equivalent will be needed.
