Title: Senior Project Manager
Salary: £60k to £65k + car allowance
Location: Oxfordshire

Due to sustained and consistent growth, this SME Timber Frame manufacturer are seeking and experienced Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for well-designed contemporary structures within residential, commercial and bespoke works.
The Senior Project Manager is an essential functional specialist overseeing all of our client's residential projects, which are presently primarily located around the Oxfordshire area. Project delivery responsibility spans pricing and specification, project cashflow and payments, subcontractors and supply chain to programme setting and delivery, alongside the usual quality and safety duties, al delivered in conjunction with the heads of function. The role also covers working with the Development Director and heads of function on operational matters to ensure that Business Plan objectives are achieved.
About You:
- You will be a Project Manager with experience in the residential or timber frame sector
- Excellent Organisation and planning skills
- Ability to record and report acutately
- Excellent Communication skills
- Ability to manage people without having them as direct reports
- Can take a strategic view across all business functions
Essential Experience & Qualifications:
- CSCS, SMSTS & First Aid as a minimum
- Housing Sector
- Project Management Experience
- Good IT Skills
