This Service Administrator Role will include:
* Service Administrator role
* Dealing with incoming phone calls and enquiries
* Project management, ensuring timely delivery to customers
* Ensuring materials are ordered and on time
* Weekend work (Every Saturday and Sunday) and any 3 days during the week (WFH options)
The successful Service Administrator will have:
* A background as a Service Administrator or similar
* Experience in EPOS and / or IT field is desired
* Experience within a technical environment
* Live commutable to Berkshire
