My client based in the property industry in Kensington is recruiting for a Service Charge Accountant to join them on a 6 month contract with possible extension.
The main duties of the role will be to help clear a back log of service charge for a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
Previous experience of Service Charge is paramount as is a working knowledge of Tramps.
The position has the flexibility to become a hybrid role and candidates can choose working hours between 9-6, 8-5 or 7-4.
