Position: Service Co-Ordinator

Location: Dublin 12

Salary: Neg DOE

The Job: My Client is currently recruiting for an Experienced Service Co-Ordinator to join a busy and dynamic team based in Ballymount.

Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming and return calls to customers
  • Liaise with customers/clients via phone and email
  • Manage the Service software package
  • Co-ordinate and arrange daily calls for Engineers
  • Respond to Emergency calls and delegate where necessary
  • Work closely with Engineers to ensure all customer queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
  • Arrange Planned Preventative visits for customers with Maintenance Agreements
  • Liaise with customers regarding Costs, PO Numbers and Repairs
  • Manage all Paperwork including Worksheets and Contracts
  • Liaise with Management Team on any major service issues.
  • Creating and updating reports/quotes to meet deadlines
  • Ensuring all information is kept up to date and accurate

Requirements:

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Experience in a similar role
  • High standards of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Teamwork and flexibility are essential aspects of the role
  • Prioritising workload with strong organisational skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent IT competence including management of Outlook Diary is desired
  • Strong communication skills are necessary as the role is customer focused
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to manage and build relationships with customers, teams and engineers.
