Responsibilities

The position of Facilities Administrator includes but is not limited to the following areas

  • Scheduling, planning and reporting on Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits with clients
  • Logging incoming calls and arranging call out service support
  • Creating project records on Software System and maintaining accurate records of work
  • Placing orders with suppliers via Software System for materials and services
  • Process completed reports for PPM visits and call out visits and resolve/escalate any follow up visits/repair quotations
  • Renewal of Annual Contracts
  • Schedule and organise ad hoc call outs from FM clients
  • Preparation of cost reports and billing information for submission to accounts department
  • Weekly and Monthly reporting to clients and management
