Catfoss Recruitment Ltd are currently in partnership with a well-established construction/utilities heavy plant machinery company.
Due to continued business growth, they are looking to recruit a Service Coordinator on a permanent basis to their expanding team.

Job Title: Service Coordinator
Salary Details: £24K-£28K depending on experience plus benefits (private healthcare, group life cover)
Position duration: Permanent, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm

Service Coordinator - Job Summary:
Working with the Service team you will act as a key support in the smooth running of the service side of the business. Organising important tasks and deadlines.
Providing highly effective, efficient, proactive and confidential support.

Service Coordinator - Standard Duties / Responsibilities:
Include but not be limited to;
* Warranty Management and Liaison
* Planning of Breakdown/Servicing jobs and managing and booking in a spreadsheet of outstanding works.
* Management of Sales Orders including weekly meetings to resolve outstanding jobs
* Overseeing the Stock Processes
* Supporting delivery team lead and the team with all tasks required.
* Input jobs on one link system
* Dealing with incoming Service emails and phone calls
* Overseeing the Service Calendar (Outlook)
* Managing Engineer whereabouts and schedules
* Ensuring tasks carried out are subject to quality control and sign off
* Booking and Managing Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI's) of new plant
* Communicate and work closely with manufacturing HO on any tasks required
* Liaison with sales regarding PDI's, Delivery Dates and Warranty expiry
* Co-ordinate the completion of sales orders for month end and liaise with Finance
* Stock count support
* Raising Quotes/Sales Orders with SAGE
* Comply with all aspects of company policies & procedures
* Maintain a culture of best practice by attending training courses, both internal and external when and where appropriate.
* Work safely at all times and in accordance with the company's health & safety procedures. Precautions should be taken as necessary when visiting sites, adopting the required PPE.

Required:
* SAGE 200 (desirable)
* Forward thinking
* Able to maintain high standards and demonstrate consistent attention to detail.
* To be able to deal with customer requests and react quickly while still following process when short notice is given.
* Pro-active and can work on own initiative. Able to follow instructions and work to deadlines, quick to learn and able to retain knowledge.
* Competent in the use of the Windows package - Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, Access.
* Demonstrate good organisational skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a good standard of English.
* Be able to communicate confidently and effectively with people at all levels.
* To be a team player with a positive outlook and a professional image.
* Flexibility in approach with the ability to adapt from task to task.
* To be reliable and able to understand the importance of being punctual and impact of absence.
* Commitment and loyalty to the business.
* To be able to operate in line with confidentiality requirements associated with the role.
