We have a new vacancy for a Service Desk Analyst to provide 1st line IT support, based at our head office in Coalville (though we will also consider candidates to be based at our Hulland Ward, Frome or Scotland site). You will be working as part of the wider Service Desk team responding to IT related Incidents and Service Requests. Responsible for logging and resolving requests according to ITIL processes, you will contribute to minimising business impact whilst providing excellent Customer Service. ?What’s on offer? Customer oriented with good communication skills Knowledge of IT systems, PC’s and Networks Desktop Support (Windows 7 and onwards) Experience of supporting mobiles, tablets/smartphone iOS and Android Troubleshooting of network issues, understanding of WAN/LAN technologies Previous Service Desk experience would be advantageous Why join Aggregate Industries?
