Position: Service Engineer
Location: Belfast
Salary: Neg DOE
Elk are currently recruiting for a Service Engineer for a CCTV, Access Control, Ironmongery and door company in Belfast.
Responsibilities:
- The Service Engineer should have the ability to repair, service and install products under the client's portfolio to a high standard
- Ensuring all company procedures are followed and recommend improvements
- Encouraging teamwork among colleagues
- Liaising with the Project Managers Customer Service regarding complaints
- Recommending appropriate upgrades/repair work and advise the office of the requirements
- Representing the company in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Third level qualification in relevant field
- Hold a current Full clean driving license.
- Qualified in either BS7036 or EN16005 would be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral and written communication skills
- Have knowledge of various manufacturers automatic door & Rolling Shutter Door products would be an advantage
- Have a basic understanding of access control equipment would also be an advantage
