JOB DESCRIPTION
Service Engineer
Location: North West - Cheshire, Cumbria, Manchester, Lancashire, Merseyside
Salary: circa £35k plus OTE, Pension, Company Van & a host of other benefits
The Company
An established leading independent lift company stretching its services Nationwide, carrying out maintenance, repair, modernization and new lift installation on a broad range of products.
Due to continued expansion and growth, we are now seeking 2 x Maintenance Engineers covering the North West region of the UK.
The successful applicants will be predominately working within this geographical area, however, they may be requested to work in other surrounding areas as and when required.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
Lift Maintenance, call outs and minor repairs
Management of service route and process, transmitting of route paperwork
Completion of Insurance report items
LG1 and ST testing
Participation in the call rota
servicing
Attending breakdowns
Small repairs
Fault finding on passenger lifts, goods lifts, and disabled access units.
Representing the company to a high standard and delivering great customer service.
The ideal candidate should have:
Proven experience in the lift industry
N knowledge (minimum of 5 years)VQ3 qualification or equivalent preferred
A current valid driving license
DBS check will be required
