We're currently recruiting for an IT Service Integration Manager to have delivery of end-to-end IT services to time (SLAs), cost and quality and applying SIAM methodology to integrate people, process and technology within a fully outsourced, multi-vendor operational environment.
Key Responsibilities
In this Service Integration Manager role, you will help manage Kier's outsource partner and third party vendors to ensure the services are delivered to business and contractual expectations against customer experience, service level agreements, performance and quality. You will partner with the Business Delivery and Commercial Team to provide a service delivery model that enables maximum value from IT services. You will work with the Heads of IT, Architecture and Service Owners to maintain a business-centric service portfolio and help define a service delivery strategy to achieve business outcomes. This role will also involve operational service delivery performance management, the definition and implementation of SIAM and ITIL processes, monitoring daily service delivery performance, strategic service review meetings and working with Service Owners to improve processes.
What are we looking for?
A self-motivated, results-driven individual with an ability to work in a team or on their own initiative. You will have previous experience of working within an outsourced/managed service environment for a large organisation and experience in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. You will also have previous experience of delivering Continued Service Improvements within a large-scale technology implementation programme and proven experience of leading service improvements. We're also looking for an individual who can build positive relationships with stakeholders across all levels and well versed in industry service management standards, including ITIL and SIAM.
