Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation of service model field process ( Service Delivery)
  • Ensure the Area's manpower planning and equitable distribution of workload assignments for the territory.
  • Inspire culture of commercial operations in his/her field team maximizing the generation of sales leads from Customer Engineers and Subcontractor manage a team of sales people
  • Weekly updates on revenues projections, material shortage

  • 10+ years of field service experience
  • experience on a primary Service ERP system (Oracle, SAP,etc.)
