  • Manage a team of Service & Sales Engineers
  • Co-ordination of service works across Milan
  • Implementation of service model field process
  • Ensure the Area's manpower planning and equitable distribution of workload assignments for the territory
  • Producing revenues projections for service team
  • Overseeing the training of service engineers
  • Working on Data centers across Milan

    • Background Required

  • Field Service Engineering experience within cooling / HVAC
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Mechanical or Electrical qualifications or relevant experience
