Our client is in the market for a service sales manager to cover the East Coast region. This global market leading business is looking for an experience sales manager who can grow the companies service sales. We are looking for candidate from a HVAC Cooling or refrigeration background for this opportunity.
Work for a fast expanding business who are ploughing their sales into the datacenter, pharma and other large hypergrowth industries across the states. Enjoy working for a business who promotes within & who also owns a bespoke product whilst becoming a real niche sales specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility to assure projects/tasks assigned meet goals for cost & schedule.
- Negotiate Terms and Conditions of Sale as necessary and close orders.
- Assure sales are at an acceptable sell price and profit margin.
- Provide necessary monthly reports for Regional Service Manager.
- Prepare RFE estimates and proposals.
- Forecast Orders and Sales on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
- Identify and research our installation base for potential RFE projects and future business development opportunities.
- Covering the Mid-Atlantic region
Background requirements:
- Degree qualified within engineering or business management or technical business discipline
- Expert in B2B & B2C sales
- Experiencing selling within the HVAC, cooling or refrigeration industries
- Hapy to travel across the East Coast 40-50% of the time (ME,NH,VT,NY,NJ,PA,MA,CT,RI)
- Leadership skills that help you effectively manage projects
