* Management of Service Department
* Manage sales enquiries / liaise with other departments
* Ensure company paperwork is completed
The successful Service Team Leader will have:
* Background as a customer service team leader or similar
* Experience in a similar engineering / technical environment
* Experience managing a team
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Live commutable to Birmingham
