Are you our new Service Technician?

Clear Engineering are partnered with one of the Netherlands leading Building Automation companies, who are revolutionizing the way buildings operate with smart, sustainable, and energy-efficient solutions.

You'll be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC, electrical, and building automation systems, ensuring that our clients' buildings run efficiently and sustainably. Whether it's a commercial office, hospital, or industrial facility, you will be a key player in keeping everything operating smoothly.

What will you do?

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and automation systems.
  • Diagnose and repair technical issues to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Work with Building Management Systems (BMS) and energy-efficient technologies.
  • Provide on-site technical support and advice to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
  • Keep accurate service reports and collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve performance.

What do you bring?

  • Experience as a service technician, preferably in HVAC, electrical systems, or building automation.
  • Technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues independently.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • A valid driver's license (as you may travel between sites).
  • A hands-on, proactive approach and a passion for technical innovation.
