We are Kier, one of the UK's leading construction and infrastructure services, working on prestigious projects such as HS2 and Hinkley Point C.

We are now recruiting for a Setting Out Engineer to work on a new mixed use development in London.

Key Responsibilities

As a Setting Out Engineer you will work closely with the Site Management team Provides engineering support to ensure technical problems are overcome and technical queries are answered.

You will also be responsible for setting out works, regularly checking the setting out points and benchmarks and checking that all setting out instruments and measuring equipment are delivered to site with a calibration certificate and recorded accordingly. You'll also ensures that the team on site understand all setting out information and can follow accordingly.

What do we need from you?

  • Previous experience on large commercial or residential developments
  • HNC or above in a Civil Engineering related discipline
  • Setting Out experience
