Location: Penrith
Contract: Permanent, Fulltime
Salary: Up to £55k
Responsibilities
As a SHE Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering Kier's strategic goals for SHE and promote Kier's vision and values to all stakeholders while ensuring legal and group compliance for the contract
Your day to day will include:
- review or produce risk control documents, to review supply chain risk control documents and to assist operations manage risk
- undertake and participate in external and internal audit and inspection programmes.
- ensure Safety, Health & Wellbeing strategy is both implemented and promoted on the contract. Lead, manage and develop the contract SHE team to their full potentials
Who are we looking for?
This role of SHE Manager is great for you if have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Diploma or equivalent in Health & Safety CMIOSH
- Working knowledge of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
- Lead investigator training
